Sistrade® Print Quality Control aims at controlling the quality of the production processes, from the control of the raw materials, semi-manufactured to the finished goods. Three areas constitute the application: inspection and tests, nonconformity and costs. At the Inspection and Tests area, several information are recorded, such as the job instructions, the performed inspections and tests. Sistrade® Print Quality Control allows the managers to analyze every activity to be performed in a given operation and the respective person in charge of each activity. The inspections performed to a given product by the person in charge are recorded in the application, and the operations to be performed at those inspections are automatically attributed. Every time there is a suspicion of an effective nonconformity, the manager may perform tests to a given material with a given equipment. With the tracking option, the quality manager is able to know what was inspected and tested until that time. At the nonconformities all information related to its causes is recorded and handled as well as the immediate and corrective actions. The nonconformity records may be from products or from machines. With Sistrade® Print Quality Control, the manager may record the immediate actions to be taken (eg. Re-inspect, send to waste), the causes (eg. Tool wearing, operator has not received training) and corrective actions (eg. Perform a material test, action to be taken one month from now) for each nonconformity.

QUALITY RULES FOR EACH BASIC MATERIAL

Sistrade® Print Quality Control allows to introduce the codes of the quality rules used in your business and associate them to each Basic Material (one or more).

TYPES OF QUALITY CONTROL
With Sistrade® Print Quality Control one can define for each basic material, if the quality control will be performed or not. If the quality control is performed, you can still associate an unlimited number of rules or sets of tests (previously defined in the system) to perform the quality control on the material/finished good (most common cases should be: quality control at the supplier's arrival, during production process and /or after the product is produced). For each basic material, and for each set of tests, in each test is possible to define reference values, minimum and maximum values, so that the product is approved by quality.

FINISHED GOODS QUALITY DATASHEET
With Sistrade® Print Quality Control, it is possible to define a technical datasheet for the finished good with one or more quality rules (previously defined) where the values from the performed tests will be recorded. Permission's control is also made on the product's technical datasheet so that the users can, or not have access to parts of it (header, etc…). Product's technical datasheet versions control.

EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION CONTROL
With Sistrade® Print Quality Control, you will be able to effectively record all the calibrations made on several equipment, who has performed them, when and with which devices, as well as to search and retrieve the historical record of performed calibrations.

QUALITY CONTROL OF MATERIALS THAT ENTER/EXIT THE FACTORY
Sistrade® Print Quality Control allows to perform the quality control of the materials that enter the warehouse or in the several company sections (coming from the suppliers) and also of the materials that leave the company (finished goods). It allows performing periodical inspections, as well as sets of tests, trace the performed inspections/sets of tests and create the Input Control Dataheets and the Final Control Datasheets, perform the management of the customer's quality certificates and the management of situations in which the materials for production have bad quality.

NONCONFORMITIES MANAGEMENT
Sistrade® Print Quality Control allows to perform the management of Nonconformities, recording them, as well as their origins and causes. For each nonconformity it is also possible to perform the management of the Immediate Actions as well as the Corrective Actions to be performed in order to solve the nonconformity.

COSTS INCORPORATION AN INTEGRATION WITH ACCOUNTING
The Quality Control is a process that brings costs. Sistrade® Print Quality Control allows to manage these costs, dividing them by costs centers and integrating them, automatically, in your company's accounting.

SISTRADE® PRINT QUALITY CONTROL REPORTS
At its standard version, Sistrade® Print Quality Control offers an enormous quantity of Quality Control analysis reports. In any case, if the customer is not satisfied with the reports the system offers, Sistrade commits itself in developing customized reports for the customer. All these reports can be directly exported to Excel and PDF format.
