Formato - Formulários Múltiplos Comerciais, S.A., a company specialized in forms printing, ordered Sistrade® Print. Considering Formato's types of jobs, some additional developments were necessary in Sistrade® Print, in order to support this customer's specific requirements. On the other hand, Sistrade® Print is now prepared for forms printing companies.
Beyond the Sistrade® Print's traditional modules, Sistrade also implemented a Shop Floor Control and SCADA system, through an automaton and several sensors directly connected to the machines, in order to obtain real data from production.
The fact that Sistrade® Print is based in Internet/Web interfaces was a critical factor on Formato's decision to acquire it, as well as the fact that the database is Microsoft SQL Server. This database really allows to grow, either in number of users or in data volume, in a safe and practically unlimited way.
