In this days, it is mandatory to have special attention of maintenance of equipment or maintenance of machinery, as companies increasingly use technologies and modern equipment to optimized production, making a huge investment at this level. With SISTRADE® PRINT the customer has a real system of industrial maintenance, machinery or components, from the definition of a plan for maintenance, registration of preventive and corrective maintenance until releases of orders for maintenance.
In any production process, the use of resources such as machines, materials subsidiaries, etc.. is a constant, resources, which have a cost. Situations such as the maintenance of the machines and their times, failures, human error, etc.. must be predicted, planned and accounted for and operate in an integrated with the management system of the company and not alone. To that end, the SISTRADE® PRINT has the module of Maintenance of Equipment.
MANAGEMENT OF MAINTENANCE ORDERS
With this module user can make the management of industrial maintenance. This tool enables the user to create, see or assign orders of maintenance, make plans for maintenance, etc.. At the terminals for data collection, employers will record all the maintenance operations, just as they were a job order, facilitating the process of registration of operations made in the system. This can be done directly in manufacturing screens / terminals or trough a of bar codes system.
Here, it is also possible to define various maintenance plans - periodic or not, with the schedule set by custom units defined for each case (rotations, km, hours, liters, etc..). These can be used for one or more equipment combined with an easy type of allocations for maintenance operations, through a simple click of the mouse the SISTRADE® PRINT lets you manage and schedule the maintenance in a rapid and efficient manner. The timing of maintenance is also integrated with the production planning, so when an equipment is stopped for maintenance, production scheduling does not take into account the time such as stopping time of actual production.
For an effective control of the frequencies of plans for maintenance, there is the "Record of Service" in which, with a frequency to be determined internally, it will register the "wear" (rotations, km, etc.). that the equipment had to until a certain day. These way, users can control the activation of a maintenance plan and generate their orders associated with that plan.
MALFUNCTIONS AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE
The occasional situations occur (failures, human error, etc.). And it is necessary to be prepared to manage. The SISTRADE® PRINT lets you record an unlimited number of spot situations for each resource (that we call "Malfunctions") and the preparation of the respective reactive maintenance order. As was said, when the maintenance order is generated, the plan of production will be affected in their proportion time.
STRUCTURE OF EQUIPMENT IN A GRAPHIC FORM
In SISTRADE® PRINT users can set the tree of equipment in a graphical manner, making the process easy, intuitive and fast. You can set a tree with several levels and the amount of each component to be incorporated in the equipment. Only with a few clicks of the mouse, in a few minutes, the tree will have a complete equipment. This is a maintenance management tool witch it is possible to define an unlimited number of facilities and their trees. The management of spares and materials subsidiaries is fully integrated with the Stocks and Accounting.
STOCKS AND SPARES MANAGEMENT
The module for the management of stocks and spares allows to define the tree of components / parts to each of the resources, to make the incorporation of material in a given maintenance and, as main functionality, to manage the inputs and outputs of the spares in the warehouse.
SISTRADE® PRINT MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT
With this module, the customer earns the ability, to manage the park of machinery an to projecte custom maintenance plans. The maintenance can be performed periodically by various units of measurement (eg. time and km) for any equipment or group equipment in according to his features and functionalities.
