The SISTRADE® PRINT has the principal objective of acquire real-time information of an automatic system with a minimum human intervention. The interfaces of the application are web embed, running in common browsers, where it is possible to obtain information of all factory departments from any part of the world without additional software. The implementation of this system permits the client to have data processing more reliable, with a less probability of errors and with a quicker acquisition and storage of all the data in the data base system. The profitability of the time is one of the most obvious benefits of using a solution like this, regardless of the context in which the equipment is operated, allowing also graphically view the status of any of manufacturing environments and monitor the entire stage of production through a collection of data from factories.
DATA ACQUISITION
The acquisition of information from the production line of the factories can be manual, be carried out by employers with the help of manufacturing terminals or through automated sensors to record the behavior of the machines to control. When ours customers implements a system for automatic data acquisition (network automation) and a system of terminals manufacturing (network terminal) it can be obtained a crossing of information between the data entered by the operator and the data collected by PLC, allowing to know, for example, to a given machine in a factory which is the order ongoing, when it was initiated, which employees are assigned to the machine, quantity produced in real time, stops, etc.. Among the various solutions for data acquisition by automata, the SISTRADE offers several solutions, including:

With a growing use in industrial environments, the RFID allows to obtain information of any component using wireless technology. This information allows the location of people and equipment in real time with the possibility of making a geographic monitoring of all the events associated with the production lines. The implementation of an automatic solution for acquisition and control involves the installation of a PLC connected with a PC ( "Supervisor of Production"). Associated to the PLC is a communications board, from which the network database is extended sensor to sensor. Thus, the PLC receives all the data network and controls the parameters of the system actuators. The network management is made on the PC ("Supervision of Production") where the data collected, after their treatment, are stored in the Database Server, for further consultation of SISTRADE® PRINT.
