The CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) module is the main responsible for the integrated
management of all the customer/company relationship processes
in order to guarantee, on one hand, the minimum response
time to the customer demands and, on the other hand, to
empower the commercial and marketing activity.

With CRM the user can record
and perform the contact maintenance, with the information
of the global data, financial information and information
about the projects or orders that the contacts have with
the company, namely, delivered quantities, invoiced, forecasted
delivery date, etc.
It also uses a calendar where meetings/visits can be scheduled
and records the result in free text in order to create
a description about the relationship with the contact.
The claims made by a customer or prospect can be handled
and analyzed by frequency index.
The CRM also includes a module of reports which offers
a set of charts and statistical analysis in order to support
the user in the sales opportunity query.
