companies through Internet. The access to the site is made according
to three user profiles - Administrator, Salesperson and Customer.
Through Sistrade® Print eBusiness one can perform a set of operations
referring to estimates or orders. The salesperson has at his
disposal some options which will allow him to consult and ask
for estimates, to consult and input customer data, to create
different kind of reports (Visits Journal, Monthly Estimates,
Customers List, etc.) Through the application, the customer
can directly make the estimate bids he requires. He is also
able to consult the pending orders, the obtained offers, the
rejected offers and consult the status of the jobs coming from
the approved estimates.
BUY-SIDE
The supplier has at his disposal options which will allow him
to search and retrieve estimates, search, retrieve and input
price tables, search and retrieve the pending orders, invoiced
values, delivered amounts and amounts to be delivered, etc.
The feature Supplier Site allows the supplier to access a portal
where he inputs and updates all the data related to the products
he offers, and answers bid requests.
