ORDERS MANAGEMENT
The SISTRADE® PRINT enables a complete management of production where it covers functions of planning, cost control and crossed with the information acquired from the manufacturing processes related to the organization. All actions related to the production management aims to improve and optimize the organization throughout its manufacturing process.
By applying SISTRADE® PRINT JOB ORDERS you may create a new job order manually or launch an OF generated by the MRP, confirmed after the necessity needs. In the functionality Prepare to Production there's a whole process of monitoring and preparation before starting an job order, where the user can select all orders that are in the manufacturing plan, plan them and send them to production.
For a real monitoring in the production stage the application automatically generate the machines bar code, the products, employees and subcontractors, so at the beginning of each job we just enter their bar-code and the system will keep that information stored (Job Orders , Machine, operator, materials used, etc.).
The monitoring of the park of machines can be consult at any time and it is possible to get all information, like its state (stop in maintenance, produce, damaged), the employees involved, the job order in progress and other types of information. Thus, the user, from an interactive and an intuitive screen, knows the current state of its industrial park.
INDUSTRIAL COSTS
The module of industrial costs offers the possibility to the user to consult the actual cost , at any time, of a job order, where that amount results from the sum of variables such as workforce, consumed materials, operations, cost machine, other costs (electricity, gas, water, administrative) and any production failures. The user can also generate a map with comparative analyses of the estimated costs or real production cost, where he examines the difference between what was estimated and what really happened.
DATA ACQUISITION
The monitoring of all the system and the analysis of its industrial cost can be achieved with a data acquisition from the production or from the operations that result in the organization. This acquisition can be implemented in accordance with the requirements imposed. Within the various solutions, data can be acquired by a mobile terminal, a PC, a PLC, etc. In the module of SISTRADE® PRINT SCADA is a solution for monitoring and data acquisition in an integrated way with the rest of the enterprise management system.
MAPS OF PRODUCTION
The SISTRADE® PRINT in its standard version provides an enormous amount of production maps providing strong support for the production management. With this tool you have the opportunity to examine and consult the job orders through the production maps with any information acquired during the process (of production time, the workforce, production costs, materials costs, held quantities). With this solution you can still export all the maps to another format that you want (Excel, Word, PDF, Etc.) with just a mouse click. In any way, if the customer is not satisfied with the maps that the system offers from the beginning, you can purchase the "Professional" service, in which the Sistrade is available to develop maps specified by the costumer.
WORKFLOW
The SISTRADE® PRINT has a workflow system for approval of job orders. This approval can be internal or can interact with external entities via e-mail. Once made and approved the job order, it should be noted that this whole process may take a few seconds, can be planned, or sent directly to the production. This feature provides the production managers privileges of approval of job orders to enter in production system.
