PRODUCTION PLANNING
  SCHEDULING
In order to support the production manager in the job orders planning for manufacturing and to meet the deadlines for delivery, the Sistrade has a tool called BdoisB® Scheduling. This tool has as input the confirmed orders and as output the manufacturing plan. This tool can not work isolated and must be accompanied by a system that enables the parameterization of all the data resources/ machines to developed manufacturing plans as correct as possible. Furthermore, there should be a continuous data acquisition, which could be automated (eg PLC), to keep the plan updated as possible.

DEFINITION OF CRITERIA FOR THE PLANNING OF PRODUCTION ORDERS
The algorithm developed allows the user to define the objectives for planning. Thus, the planning of production orders can be done taking into account variables such as: importance of the customer; day of delivery; quantity to be produced, etc.. This module allows a correct scheduling of manufacturing orders in a GANTT map, where it is also possible to do planning simulations through the functionality of Drag and Drop. With an advance graphic display, the production manager can view the status of each production order in real-time. In the case of production lines, planning can be synchronized with the maintenance orders, where the resources / machines will have a period of time reserved for the maintenance and thus unavailable for production.

Moreover, the BdoisBŪ can, without interrupting or changing the present planning, estimate a starting end date of a production order, included or not in the scheduling. Another tool to support the production manager is the analysis of loads maps, where you can analyze the time of delivery, capacity, the volume of orders and availabilities.

MRP I (MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS PLANNING)
The MRP module - Material Resource Planning allows you to calculate the needs of materials both at the level of purchases and the at level of manufacturing. Thus, for a set of lines of order or budgets approved the system makes the explosion of the tree of the product and implements the algorithm of MRP, taking into consideration aspects from the point of order, reserves of material, safety stock, the purchase orders already made, manufacturing orders in courses, among others aspects, returning a list of suggestions for purchase orders, suggestions, manufacturing orders and stocks of material. With this tool, the purchase manager may, with a simple confirmation, automatically make the purchases orders to suppliers in accordance with the needs of materials in production.

MRP II GROSS PLANNING (MANUFACTURING RESOURCE PLANNING)
This module, called gross planning, allows the production manager to simulate the effect in his factory when applied a set of budgets orders and manufacturing orders to be produce in an extended time period. With this tool you can add or modify fictitious budgets and manufacturing orders thus obtain an estimate of the capabilities of machines and the quantities of raw materials required for production of their work. The last step is to analyze the effect of all budgeted works selected for the planning, by factory sections and also by machine, and it is possible to analyze the production load and compare with the capability. With this tool the manager can, for example, make an estimation of budgets for each customer over a fiscal year, so you can get an estimation of the necessary operational capabilities and obtain simultaneously predictions of the necessary raw materials.

MRP II MULTI-LEVEL GROSS PLANNING (MANUFACTURING RESOURCE PLANNING)
Although it is similar to previous module, this component is prepared and optimized to work with multi-level product trees. With this tool, besides of the prediction of operational needs, it is also possible to obtain a list of all the needed materials, taking into account the tree of materials of each item included in the budgets. Thus, the manager has a detailed list of raw materials grouped by purchase orders and scheduled for different times of the year given the date and content of the budgets and selected orders.
