  TRAINING
  When implementing the system Sistrade® Print, direct training becomes a key factor to help maximize the business benefits of each customer.

The Sistrade® Print training service ir more than a simple training. The main objective is to provide expert knowledge and the necessary trust to explore the benefits that our product can offer to Graphic Arts and Printing companies.

This knowledge is transmited to marketing specialists, salesmen, companies’ managers and others, that use Sistrade® Print.

The training programs enclose all the Sistrade® Print product's aspects combining presentations in Estimating, Production Control, Stocks & Purchases Management, etc. The training is aimed at technicians and "non-technicians".
Lectured by experiment Sistrade® Print professionals, the training programs will be attended by small groups of people until 10 persons at the most, to allow a discussion of individual ideas and experiences. The exhaustive use of case studies will allow the students to broaden their knowledge at the training session through specific systems or solving problems.

The Training Service is focused only in one objective: to assure that any person attending the program can become a Sistrade® Print expert.

The Support Service to the user and the Technical Support Team exist to help customers to maintain Sistrade® Print stable and well set up in order for it to function properly and allow the printing company can see its requirements satisfied and the objectives fulfilled. If a problem occurs, we have a highly skilled and qualified team always ready to act and solve problems.

The main objective of the Technical Support Team is to maintain the management system active and properly functioning.
