Serviços Sociais do Ministério das Finanças (SOFE) (Social Services of Ministry of Finance) ordered at SISTRADE a restructuring of its internal information system. Among many other features, the new system allows the management of the beneficiaries of the Ministério das Finanças (Ministry of Finance), the management of subsidies, current accounts, payments, etc.
This solution was implemented based on technology Sistrade® and the whole system is handled through an Internet/Web browser and databases supported by Microsoft SQL Server. It has also installed a system of ICR - Intelligent Character Recognition to read and interpret various forms that are scanned, classified and shelved in the document management system Windream, also supplied and installed by SISTRADE.
