ASV Packaging, based in France, is a group specialising in the development and production of cardboard packaging solutions for the food and consumer goods sectors. With over 34 years’ experience, the company has become a leading French player in the production of carton packaging, trays for fresh produce and sustainable solutions, and is also renowned for its HALOPACK® technology, a recyclable cardboard alternative to traditional rigid plastic packaging for fresh food.
In 2025, ASV Packaging became a fully-owned subsidiary of the Spanish Hinojosa Packaging Group, completing a process that began in 2023 with the acquisition of a 49% stake. With the aim of increasing operational efficiency and promoting the digital transformation of its processes, ASV Packaging implemented the Sistrade MIS|ERP software. The solution has enabled the integration of quotation, production planning and control, stock management, procurement, quality and performance analysis into a single platform. The use of Sistrade software thus contributes to the continuous optimisation of processes and to strengthening the company’s competitiveness in an increasingly demanding market.
