As part of its efforts to optimise its internal processes, WEDRONE has implemented the Human Resources module of Sistrade MIS|ERP, including the Employee Portal, with the aim of centralising and digitising the administrative management of human resources. This solution enables the management of staff, attendance, holidays and absences, whilst providing staff with direct access to personal information and internal processes via a self-service platform. The implementation has contributed to greater operational efficiency, better organisation of processes and increased staff autonomy.
