Fabric production is one of the oldest technologies developed by man, aimed at transforming fibers into fabrics. This process involves several stages, from converting fibers into yarn, yarn into fabric, and finally into finished products such as clothing, home textiles, or even technical fabrics.

It is a constantly evolving industry, and to accompany this evolution, we developed the Sistrade software for Textile. With a user-friendly interface and a wide range of features, this solution nables simple and efficient management of all aspects of production, along with many other processes.

In addition to the Textile module, we have also developed several other modules that are fully integrated with Sistrade software, helping to streamline and accelerate processes across the entire organization.

Sistrade Software for Textile Industry allows:

> Trade fair management
> Knitting data sheet with threading matrix with cost calculation
> Simulation for different quantities
> Integrated colour opening management (Labdip)
> Sample Management and Supervision
> Automatic Job Order Creation with Yarn Lot Allocation (Supplier)
> Complete Subcontracting Process Management with Cockpit for Material Inputs and Outputs
> Management of Certificates, Standards, and Final Product Specifications

Trade Fair Management

The Trade Fair Management Module was developed to address our customers’ growing need to efficiently manage the entire trade fair process—a complex operation often burdened by extensive bureaucracy and paperwork. With a digital solution fully integrated with the ERP system, users benefit from a fast, intuitive tool that streamlines the identification and processing of customer orders during trade fairs or commercial visits. This approach eliminates common administrative bottlenecks, such as delays in order fulfillment and shipping. The system also enables instant sample requests, notifying the back office in real time to ensure prompt dispatch.

Technical Data Sheets

Knitted textile is a type of fabric with a unique characteristic - being produced with a single yarn knitted into itself in the same direction. This method involves needle looms, resulting in a fabric with high texture, porosity, stability, and elasticity.
Several types of fabrics can be created, affecting directly its characteristics. Due to the importance of these attributes, the Textile module guarantees the maintenance of the construction parameters in the data sheet in a simple and centralized way.

Machine Management

The machine management functionality allows you to store and manage specific Technical Data Sheet configurations for each available machine. Users can easily select or change the assigned machine when creating a production order or during the planning phase. Once configured, the selected machine is seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing cockpit, ensuring full visibility, flexibility, and control throughout the production process.
The system enables the upload and management of specific documentation for each piece of equipment, supporting accurate configuration and parameterization. All documents are instantly accessible to users through the shop floor data collection application, fully integrated within the Production Management Module—ensuring that critical information is always available where and when it’s needed.

Construction

Fabric construction characteristics—such as yarns and threads, design, quality parameters, and finishing—are fully defined and controlled by the user, ensuring maximum flexibility and precision in meeting specific production requirements.

Finishing and Shipping Processes

For optimal control, all documents generated throughout the sales process are easily accessible, including visual elements that clearly identify the type of activity—whether production, shipping, or other operations.

Finishing

In the Textile ERP Software, all processes can be managed like a standard production workflow. However, to meet the growing market demand for outsourcing management, we developed a specialized solution that oversees the entire process—from purchase generation and dispatch to material reception and quality control—ensuring full visibility, efficiency, and reliability at every step.

Manufacturing

The cutting and sewing processes are managed as a single operation within the production workflow. Users can import cutting patterns, sizing tables, and other relevant documentation into the system, ensuring centralized control and easy access to all critical information.
