Sistrade® E-business (electronic business) which the main purpose is trade between companies via the Internet. Access to the site is done using three different user profiles - Administrator, Vendor, Customer. Using Sistrade® E-Business (electronic business) enables to carry out a series of transactions or orders related to estimates.
The vendor has at its disposal options that allow viewing and ordering estimates, consulting and entering customers, creating various types of reports (Daily Record of Visits, Monthly Estimates, Customer Portfolio, etc.). The customer can directly through this application make requests for estimates. It is also possible to see pending orders, obtained and rejected quotations, and check the status of job orders generated from the approved estimates.
The supplier has options permitting to:
- Consult and make quote requests;
- Consult and introduce price list;
- Consult the pending orders;
- Amounts invoiced;
- Quantities delivered and to be delivered.
